SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Choose from either Collection (AB25), Free Local Delivery (15 mile radius to AB25) or UK Mainland Delivery (subject to additional courier charges). We usually use Proovia as a preferred shipping partner and would expect an estimated deliver time of up to two weeks from placing the order. You will be contacted with a choice of dates for delivery so that a convenient day can be scheduled in and we will require a mobile phone number so that Proovia can stay in touch with you directly once they have your item. They will request confirmation that you are still available on the agreed date and give you an idea of the time they expect to deliver.
Delivery is to UK Mainland only.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and returned in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return costs, unless damaged in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. I will photograph the item on despatch to help with any issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as commissions or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at david@studiothirtytwocreates.com.
